Welcome to the Print Center!

Located at IAKSS we are a professional, efficient and cost effective printing operation. The mission of this department is to serve the district's students, employees and patrons by providing quality, economical printed products.


Printers

Request For Printed Materials

Fill out a Request For Printed Materials (You must be an FCPS employee and signed on to the Fayette domain.)

Submitting jobs to the Print Center

All jobs submitted to the print center must be accompanied by a Request for Printed Material. MUNIS purchase orders are no longer used to order printed materials.
  • If material to be printed is a hard copy original, (Paper Copy), please indicate so on the RFP, print out the RFP and send both to the print center via courier.
  • If material to be printed is an electronic file that was e-mailed to the print center, please indicate so on RFP, print out the RFP and send to the print center via courier.
  • If material to be printed is on a disk, indicate so on the RFP, print out the RFP and send both to the print center via courier

Adding Variable Data to Documents

The Print Center is capable of adding variable data to your printed document. For example, if provided the data base, in the correct format, we can add names and address to newsletters, postcards, brochures, letters, labels, certificates etc. For more info contact Scott Vallandingham at 381-4162.

Delivery

Completed work orders are shipped to the schools through our warehouse courier service Monday-Friday.

The Print Center is a fully equipped in-house printing facility. However, if the job is not formatted to our operation we can refer you to an outside organization that may be able to meet your needs. Types of materials the print center produce include:
